  After having my and my passengers life threatened by another Arby's customer, I asked an employee to call the police so I could press charges. I was informed that verbal threats on one's life is a not a crime and they wouldn't do anything to help. Of course, this is not true. The food wasn't bad, extremely mess in how it was put together, but tasted good and was warm.

  I went to Arby's a month or so ago & used my debit card & the cashier swiped it 4 times. I had to call the bank & they put it back in my account. I called Arby's & spoke to the manager. She said someone else had the same problem that day. I went to the same Arby's 11-5-16 & a male employee said someone would be with me in a minute. He went to the back where the sandwichs are made & talked to another employee. Two other employees kept walking back& forth & didn't even act like they saw me. I'll never go back to Arby's & I will contact corporate

  So I order a couple of roast beef classics with chesse and they didn't have it. The buns were hard and the fries were soft and cold. I didn't get a receipt when I got up to the window. I go to call, and after about 10 minutes someone finally picks up and tell me that if I bring the food back then he would replace my order. I live 15 minutes away from there and am not gonna waste even more time and gas going back there. Won't be going back there anytime soon. Bad service.
