The lady with half of her hair shaved off, asked me what I wanted and I told her a cherry icy and she went off and ignored me and tended to the other customers. And when I stood at the cash register they ignored me again, taking care of everyone else. Then proceeded to get and pay for the things my boyfriend and his sister asked for. After my feelings had been hurt from being rudely ignored, I began to leave. When my boyfriend saw how upset I was, he walked up and asked for my cherry Icy and they politely got it for him? I've never met Any company whose management was so rude. "Great American cookies" isn't so great.March 30, 2017
