  Closest to my house so go there frequently but it's just not worth the aggrevation. The kids wanted the shamrock shakes I pay for them then this guy meets me at the 2nd widow to tell me the machine wasn't working (I predicted that to the kids) then another employee yells it's working and the one with my refund yells back "I already did the refund!" Really? Then I did not get what I ordered. My fault for assuming they would for once get my order correct so had to drive all the way back to that dysfunctional hole, wasting gas, didn't get to eat with my kids. How the hell is this dump still open!?!?! Never again!!! Occurs 2 out of 3 visits and I am done with poorly ran excuse!!

  I sat in the drive through line for ever!!!! Ppl pulled off to the side waiting for orders. I got a fish sandwich. The first bite was OK. Then it started tasting more and more terrible! Could not finish it. Also it was just thrown together. All sloppy more than half a slice of cheese was hanging off the sandwich. Come on now. I know we can do better than that. Right?

  Went inside and ordered 3 cheeseburgers to go because the drive thru was all the way to the road. Several people in line inside, only 1 register open and she was filling orders as well as taking orders. Extremely understaffed. 20 minutes from the time I walked in until I left for 3 cheeseburgers. The district manager needs to visit there, unannounced. New management needed who knows how to staff a business.
